Thanks for this! It’s well organized and simple to follow along. Now if I could just put down this….
Thanks just skimmed the book, looks great. Thanks Jeff.
I like it! I’ll have to take a closer look later after work; but, after a quick glance, I think it looks like an awesome primer.
Nice. This is what you’ve been harping on the last few days…I might be a resource one day.
Thanks for the ebook! I will definitely give this to my dad when I convince him to go Paleo this summer!
Thanks for the kind words, Jason – simple to follow along was my goal – glad to see that mentioned.
Steven –
A little shorter than the books you review, but I’m glad to see you looked through it.
Thanks Dan!
You’re a big resource, dude! You definitely keep the vibe coming with your humor and fresh perspective – keep it coming.
Makes a guy feel good that he can produce something with the help of others and that it can help even more – thanks for the comments!
A great, concise summary of the Primal lifestyle that will be handy to share with friends who are not familiar with it.
I’m honored and stoked that my goals were met with conciseness and for this ebook to be shared with others. Thanks so much for taking the time to comment.
Book looks good. Thanks for putting it together.
You’re welcome Tyson – I hope it is of benefit to you and your peeps.
This is great! I’ve been hanging around MDA for a few weeks, and I feel so hopeful that I’m almost afraid to start and ruin the excitement! As the days pass, it’s easier to see how carbs are ruining my life, and my partner and I have been doing IF and cutting carbs steadily. I imagine a few more weeks and we’ll be there. Thank you so much for this guide, I’m going to print it and keep it around while we get going.
Lark – glad to help. Do me a favor and touch base in the future to let me know how everything turns out and if you have any questions. Of course, MDA is a huge resource as well.

This is perfect. Concise and to the point. Well done!
Well, you asked for a coment, and it’ll have to do since a big digital kiss won’t be as wet and delicious as a kiss of gratitude is meant to be.
I’m new to this primal Blueprint idea, and I’m reading up on everything … and thus forgetting a lot of it because I’m trying to stuff so much info into my head that it seems impossible to process. I have to translate a lot of it too just to understand it! This is why I’m so very exited and happy about this intro. All the foods and no-no’s in a short and well organized facts sheet.
I’ll print it out and give it to everyone who asks why I don’t eat bread anymore.
Thanks!
Thanks Helene for the digital smooch. Appreciate your gratefulness!
